Letters & Envelope Mailings

Pricing a letter & envelope mailing is a little more complicated because of the numerous mailing options that are available. For example, you can use a window or closed-face envelope or have either format printed in color or in black and white. The letterhead can also be printed in color or in black and white plus it can be lasered printed with variable information (e.g. Dear John Smith) or generic (no personlization).

We can also print an 8.5” x 14” letter with a perforated coupon at the bottom and include a #9 reply envelope in the mailer. Other options include inserting a corporate brochure into the envelope.

Fulfillment (folding & stuffing)

As with the envelopes and letterhead, you have a number of options when it comes to fulfillment. Your letter can be lasered on preprinted letterhead or it can be lasered on blank paper (save on printing costs). Or, you could be using a generic letter (i.e. the same for everyone with no variable imaging) which is simply folded and inserted into an envelope that has been lasered with an address block.

We can also apply a real stamp to the outer envelope (either First-Class or Standard). Another option is for us to insert a reply envelope or company brochure into the envelope.
